the car (rusty)

hey,

as I start this blog after I began planning I give you an small update;

Welcome to my first blog post! after I got home from my East African visits in the summer of 2017, I soon realised I wanted to go on a long road trip. I soon decided it would be to Mongolia, traversing Central Asia and Russia. South Africa came in as an very good second, you never know maybe in 2020? and as I do started reading blogs investigating routes an information.

there was also an car to be bought, and soon started searching the internet. many cars had my intrerest but was very sure I wanted an 4X4, as a land cruiser are very expensive I soon went looking for Mitsubishi or Nissan. even looked at some 4x4 vans, with would give more space as want to sleep and live out of the car.

After some months of test riding and driving across the country I my eye fell on an 1995 Nissan patrol, and decided to to for it. and owned a car that hopefully will drive me to Mongolia, soon I was posted on the fact it had more rust on it than I hoped. and soon started it calling rusty.

after the rust hade mostly been taken care off it looked great!
