As I wanted to sleep in the car didn't have much room I soon started thinking, and soon a frame started forming that would hold up an foam mattress.
I wanted storage space under the bed. an easily accessible table that I could pul without to much trouble. so i came up with a system, and i am quite happy with the end result, but would have liked to have more space to climb out of the bed. as it is a bit small...

Also the mattress made me think twice, about what kind of foam to get. I decided on an 2 layer option. bottom layer is an 5 cm very hard foam, the top layer is 4 cm layer of an softer foam. hopefully this will give me some support and won't sink in between the slatted frame but still gives me some comfort.
beside the frame there is an assortment of equipment:
I already have:
- cups
- pots
- cooking utilities
- knives forks and spoons
- cups
- 2 diesel containers
- 2 water containers
- table
- 12v air compressor
things in the making or to be bought: (that I can think of now)
- blinds
- mattrass cover
- stove
- mosquito frames for the front windows (so I can leave them open)
- chair
- good plastic plate(s)
- air jack
